Pressman Solutions was started in 2009 by K.Panthala Selvan in Chennai with service centres in Mumbai & New Delhi. He is a Printing Engineering Graduate from PVG, Pune and Diploma printing technology from AGP, Sivakasi , started this company after rich experience in CTP Calibration (violet , thermal, ps) , INK ( offset, uv, water based), FLEXO Plate making , Press calibration , Colour management ,Press Consumables etc.,
PressMan Academy for Print Education and Research (PAPER)
PAPER (Pressman Academy for Print Education & Research)” which offers exclusive trainings. We also have offset operator live training centre in Chennai and prepress training centre in Mumbai. They are upskill centre for print excellence where we manage PQM for many printing companies. Besides this we organize not for profit educational workshops and seminars across this region for creating more awareness in print quality and production process. We are also the only Indian representative from BIS (Bureau of Indian Standard) to attend the international ISO-TC130 committee meeting.
Idealliance South Asia
From 1st June 2018 , Idealliance and Pressman have formed a partnership to advance Idealliance Specifications across south Asian regions which includes India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh , Nepal , Maldives etc., and to serve as the agent for Idealliance programs in that region. In terms of this Alliance, Pressman will serve as the exclusive partner in the region. Pressman will represent ALL Idealliance activities in South Asia including G7, SWOP®, GRACoL®, DISC™, Virtual Proofing Taskforce and the Print Predictability activities of the Print Properties Working Group. Under the terms of the agreement, Pressman will pre-qualify all new applicants from the region, and will verify G7 Masters (Printers and Proof Providers) status to those who have been qualified by G7 Experts. In addition to serving as the agency to designate G7 Masters in South Asian region , Pressman establishes a membership program for Idealliance in South Asia.
